Independent External monitors (IEMs)

The Competent Authority of Ministry of Defence in consultation with Central Vigilance Commission (CVC) has  appointed a panel of following two retired eminent persons as Independent External monitors (IEMs) for overseeing the implementation of Integrity Pact in  Capital and Revenue Procurements of DRDO for a period of three years from the date of their appointment i.e 03 Nov 2025.
