About the Monograph

About the Authors
Dr AK Sreedhar, emeritus scientist, was Director, SSPL. His areas of specialisation include R&D of semiconductor materials and device technology for 30 years, especially with regard to applications to infrared detectors and microwave solid state devices.
Dr KSR Koteswara Rao is Principal Research Scientist at IISc, Bangaluru. His areas of specialisation are semiconductor materials and characterisation.
