Membership Rules

  1. The membership of the library is open to all the regular employees of the laboratory/establishment. The membership may also be given, at the discretion of the head of the laboratory/establishment~ to others after ensuring the adequate accountability by such users for the documents/services of the library. Such accountability shall cover obeying the library rules and getting No Demand/Clearance Certificate from the library in case they change their laboratory/establishment, through which they obtained memberships, due to transfer, resignations, superannuation, etc.

  2. Any regular staff members of the laboratory/establishment desirous of becoming a member of the library should fill in the prescribed Library Membership firm and get the same forwarded by the concerned head of the division. If an applicant is from another laboratory/establishment, the application is to be forwarded by the head of the laboratory/establishment, as the case may be.
