Papers submitted to ACODS 2018 must be original, not previously published or accepted for publication elsewhere, and they must not be submitted to any other event or publication during the entire review process.
Papers must be submitted electronically by the submission deadline through PaperCept Conference Management System at http://ifac.papercept.net.
As in earlier IFAC-ACODS events, all the accepted papers that have been presented will be published in the proceedings of the event using the open-access IFAC-PapersOnLine series hosted on ScienceDirect http://www.sciencedirect.com.
To this end, the author(s) must confer the copyright to IFAC when they submit the final version of the paper through the paper submission process. The author(s) retain the right to use a copy of the paper for personal use, internal institutional use at the author(s)β institution, or scholarly posting at an open web site operated by the author(s) or their institution, limited to noncommercial use. Any other use of the paper requires approval by IFAC.
Papers accepted for oral presentation at ACODS 2018 will be further screened and a limited number of presented papers shall be recommended for a derivative publication in IFAC's Annual Reviews in Control.
The submission portal for ACODS 2018 is open. All submissions must be done through the IFAC Conference Manuscript Management System website at http://ifac.papercept.net/. All papers presented will be recorded as an IFAC Publication. When preparing the paper manuscript the authors should adhere to the IFAC style files for conference paper.
All submitted papers must be written in English. Only regular papers are accepted at ACODS 2018, which can have a length of up to 8 papges at initial submission. Accepted papers are limited to 6 pages in the conference proceedings at no extra charge. For papers accepted for poster presentations, an A0 size(841 x 1189mm)
board will be provided. Please bring and affix a colour presentation within this size. Eg. You may bring up to 16, A4 size printouts which can be pinned up in one board. Send soft copy of paper and presentation to firstname.lastname@example.org which will be included in CD ROM.
Support for Authors:
Author's kits with style (.cls) files for LaTeX and templates (.dot) for MS-Word are available from the submission website. Go to http://ifac.papercept.net/ and select "Support" for these files and example files, or directly go to the support page. Please do not change formatting in any way.
All publication material submitted for presentation at an IFAC-sponsored meeting (Congress, Symposium, Conference, Workshop) must be original and hence cannot be already published, nor can it be under review elsewhere. The authors take responsibility for the material that has been submitted.
